comments: Both the shedua and the chechem in view 6 and also the fir in view 1 are nicely chatoyant and the outer rim oval in view 5 is particularly nice.

The panga panga in view 4 is so dark it almost looks like ebony but since there is real ebony in view 5 it's easy to see that the panga panga is brown, not black.

The Honduras rosewood in view 2 has an especially nice grain pattern and the curly maple in view 2 is a quartersawn surface with lots of tiny ray flakes that makes for a very high chatoyancy

A preponderance of heavy woods in this one so feels heavier than you would expect for the size.
