base: Honduras mahogany (mostly sapwood)

view 1: curly maple, billy webb wood, padauk, BOX

flaws/issues: Just as a minor point, the glue-line between the yellowheart in view 2 and the BOX is noticeable. It shouldn't be, but it doesn't really detract from the look of the bowl.

comments: the billy webb wood in view 1 has nice omega curves inside the rim due to grain pattern and also it is nicely chatoyant. The redheart in view 6 is marvelously variagated with dark streaks throughout. The purpleheart in view 2 is highly chatoyant.
