finish: one application of natural stain then 3 coats of high gloss spar polyurethane (with UV blocker)

comments: Nice big (for me) bowl with a lot of color

flaws/issues: there is a crack in the aromatic red cedar in the middle and also there is a hairline crack that appears to be a poor glue joint, not a stress separation. There is a barely perceptible hairline separation at the bottom of the middle. Some of the red woods have faded a bit since the pics were taken.
