video for bowl B140

B140 --- $95.00

diameter: 8 1/2"
height: 2 1/2"
shipping weight: 2lb 1oz (when asking about shipping costs, please don't forget to give me your zip code)

finish: one application of natural stain then 3 coats of high gloss spar polyurethane (with UV blocker) topped by 2 coats of clear flat enamel to take the shine off

COMMENTS: excellent curves around the outside of the rim. The chechem at the bottom is a marvelous piece, selected because of the knothole that gives it a lot of character and grain.

I ALWAYS POINT OUT ANYTHING THAT NEEDS TO BE COMMENTED ON. THESE ARE (UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED) THINGS THAT DO NOT DETRACT FROM THE BEAUTY OF THE BOWL, BUT I WANT TO BE SURE I GIVE A COMPLETE DESCRIPTION. SO ... The chechem knothole has a slight indentation which I absolutely do not consider a flaw, but character, but I point it out in case you differ. The padauk at the top has a very slight stress separation on the bottom and left side that you can't see unless you REALLY get the light just right but which you can feel with your finger.
