BOX: from the bottom up; santos mahogany, curly maple, walnut(?), yellowheart, ?, bocote, African blackwood, redheart, partridgewood, ?. On both sides are small wedges of mahogany.

flaws/issues: none

comments: The spalted red oak in view 1 truely is spalted, but spalting in red oak does not produce the fine black lines more commonly thought of as spalting lines.
