flaws/issues: the aromatic red cedar in view 4 has a knot with a small chipout.
MAJOR FLAW A noticible stress fracture developed along the whole length of the right of the box at the point where the maple veneer is joined on the right by redheart. It is primarily a joint spearation but it is followed for about 1/2" up into the redheart at the top. I have reduced the price from $90 to $65 because of it.
comments: the mahogany in view 6 is a real standout and in fact was the deciding factor on the shape of the bowl --- I wanted to get a full face of this piece.
